Before You Book
Everything you need to know before your session or event.
1. What types of photography do you offer?
I offer event photography, portraits and sessions, and branding photography. This includes celebrations, graduations, birthdays, couples, families, maternity, professional headshots, personal branding, concerts, corporate events, and more.
2. How do I book a session?
Start by filling out the contact form with your session or event details. From there, we'll discuss your vision, check availability, and plan the details together. I will send a contract and there's a 30% booking retainer required. This fee is non-refundable but transferable/reschedulable under certain conditions.
3. How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for events and popular dates. This gives us enough time to plan everything properly and make sure your date is available.
4. Where are you located?
I'm based in Silver Spring, Maryland, and serve clients throughout the surrounding DMV area. If you're planning something outside the area, feel free to reach out and let's discuss it.
5. How long does a photography session take?
Session length depends on the type of photography and what you're looking for. Once you share your vision and needs, I'll help you determine the best option.
6. Can I request a specific type of photo or style?
Absolutely. If you have a particular vision, mood, location, or reference you'd like to achieve, share it when you inquire. The goal is to create images that feel authentic to you.
7. When will I receive my photos?
Your finished images will be delivered through an online gallery. Turnaround time depends on the type of session or event, and I'll provide those details when we plan your booking.
8. How do I get started?
Simply reach out through the contact form and tell me a little about what you're looking for. We'll take it from there.
9. Do you offer branding photography for businesses?
Yes. Branding photography can include professional headshots, personal branding, social media content, product imagery, and photography for your business marketing needs.
10. Are studio fees included in the price?
No. Studio fees are additional/separate where applicable.
